Significantly impacting the lives of those in need in the Dominican Republic is not a task one organization can take on by itself. We have had the privilege of partnering with outstanding organizations over the past decades whose efforts have raised millions of dollars and touched tens of thousands of lives.
Founded in 1984, IDDI is a Santo Domingo based non-profit organization that contributes to poverty relief in both rural and urban areas of the Dominican Republic and Haiti. It is staffed by men and women that work with communities and local organizations interested in taking responsibility to improve their living conditions and that of their neighbors. IDDI is our in-country implementation partner who manages and administers all projects funded by the Foundation.
Cigar Family Charitable Foundation was founded by the Fuente and Newman families, with the intention of providing children of the cigar producing region of the Dominican Republic with a place to attend school. From this small initiative developed an entire complex which now includes an elementary and secondary school, health center, kitchen, sports facility and an ever-growing list of programs and services offered to the surrounding communities.

Since 2012 the New York Yankees have supported the A Ganar youth project in Boca Chica, a town near their baseball academy. This initiative uses sports and recreation activities to help adolescents and young adults further their education and prepare them for the workforce.
Microsoft Corporation and its employees have been generous donors of the Dominican Foundation since 2009. In 2013 a YouthSpark grant was awarded to the Dominican Foundation to support education activities.
Hodelpa is a chain of hotels in cities of Santiago and Santo Domingo. Hodelpa has been a corporate partner of the Dominican Foundation since 2012.
Alta Gracia Apparel is a brand of clothing manufactured in the town of Alta Gracia in the Dominican Republic. Alta Gracia ApparelWorkers earn more than 3 times the minimum wage for apparel workers in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Foundation is working with Knights Apparel and their corporate partners to improve education for the workers and surrounding community.
The Dr. Nirav and Neha Shah Family Medical Mission is a non-profit organization that brings the art and science of care practiced at Princeton Brain and Spine to the Bonao region, a remote area in the central highlands of the Dominican Republic.
